This site is run by me, Kate Heartfield, and I’m the only person who can edit it and access the information I collect.

For the purposes of sending my monthly newsletter, I may collect names and email addresses. I will only collect that information with full consent and only for the purposes of sending the newsletter. I will keep those email addresses only for as long as I am sending the newsletter; if the newsletter goes dormant for more than six months, I will delete the names, email addresses and any other information pertaining to it.

If you choose to unsubscribe from my newsletter at any point, I will delete your name, email address and any other information about you from my files within a month.

I may from time to time collect email and/or postal addresses for the purposes of mailing out prizes or giveaways. Again, I will ask for full consent, and I will delete the information collected for that purposes within one month after the end of the giveaway or contest.

I use Mailchimp to collect email addresses and send email for my newsletter, and I use Gmail or Google forms to collect information for giveaways and contests.

I will not share information with any other party and I will respect the privacy of personal information.

You can opt out of my newsletter at any time and/or email me at kateheartfield@gmail.com to tell me to delete any personal information I may have collected.
