Just a quick post to say that to my great joy, The Embroidered Book is on the Canadian Fiction list again this week as reported by the Toronto Star:

This makes three weeks on the Canadian Fiction list (Canadian Fiction is also reported by the Globe and Mail on Fridays, which so far has matched the Star‘s list as far as The Embroidered Book goes.) We were at #5 the week the book debuted, #6 the next week, and #7 this week.

Add that to the two weeks on the Saturday Times/Waterstones list in the UK, and one week on the Sunday Times bestseller list. I never thought any book of mine would ever appear on any bestseller list, so this is amazing. It’s a testament to the hard work of my publishers and booksellers, who do so much to get books into the hands of the readers who might like them. And thank you, readers, for taking a chance on it!
